Terry Anna Wood is the Executive Director and Founder of Singing Grace Ranch. Terry has been raised with just about every kind of animal you could think of. Her mother had a love and gift for animals that was passed down to Terry. As she watched and helped her mother rescue and rehab animals rescuing became implanted in Terry’s heart at a very young age. She always knew God would allow her to help his creatures big and small, what she didn’t know was the passion God would place on her heart in her adult years of working with individuals with special needs. Which she has been doing through therapeutic animal interactions including therapeutic horseback riding for the last 16 years. She has many trainings under her belt, certifications through the Certified Horsemanship Association, years of experience and learning from the horses and other animals themselves. God has led her path to where she is today and although it has not been an easy one He fulfilled dreams only He knew about and continues to do so on a daily basis! He gets all the GLORY! She currently is blessed to have in her life a very sweet man who is her best friend, 2 beautiful dogs, 9 amazing horses, one adorable mini donkey, one mini horse that’s just as cute, 3 handsome goats, a very rotten house pig, one very rotten cat as well, and a one legged lap chicken. God will work through these special animals to heal the broken-hearted.
We are a 501(c)3 non-profit organization sharing the redeeming love of Christ to exclude no one, providing interaction with rescued animals.
Our mission is to empower people to overcome challenges and find healing and truth through ministry, authentic relationships, mentoring and interaction with our rescued animals.
We accept tax-deductible donations through our Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/SGRMeeker/ .
We have more than a dozen rescue animals to care for, many of whom are used in our therapy programs. Any help you can give would be greatly appreciated.
We especially need help now restoring our barn after a tornado hit us on May 21, 2019. The barn was completely destroyed!
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!
Adopted on August 4, 2019.
